Automatic Long-Time Tests (MEC - Mechanical Cycling Test)

The additional module MEC has been specifically designed to control long-time tests (e. g. bending tests, drag chain tests). 
MEC is provided with a clearly arranged table containing the most important data and production stages of all configured devices. Among them status, busy times, target specifications, current values and defects. 

MEC provides for the creation and execution of test orders, which can be stopped in case of need and deleted after termination of the test procedures. MEC starts the tests automatically timed.

The performed measurements are documented by charts, particularly by quality charts. MEC is based on the modular system and the data pool of CIQ 3.0. Advantage: for this reason MEC has access to the CIQ 3.0 data pool. Vice versa, the MEC data pool is also available for CIQ 3.0. Therefore all features of the CIQ 3.0 systems can be used in addition.
